Returns

If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you received it to do so. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same state as when it arrived, and kept in its original packaging. Returns should be sent to the designated address we provide—please avoid sending items back to the manufacturer.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Need to modify your order? Made an error during checkout?

Cancellations or changes can be requested within 59 minutes of placing the order by contacting support@cosmetific.com.

Once this window closes, we’re unable to cancel orders due to our commitment to fast shipping. However, you may still return the item, as long as it remains unopened, within 30 days. A restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply, and refunds will be processed within 14 days back to the original payment method.

Items That Arrived Damaged or Missing

Should your package arrive with missing or damaged items, let us know by emailing our support team with photo or video evidence of the issue.

When reaching out, please include "Damaged/Missing Item Claim" in your email subject line to expedite resolution.

Tracking Shows Delivered, but You Haven’t Received It

If your order status indicates "Delivered", yet you haven’t received it, here’s how we handle such cases:

  • If the shipping carrier confirms the delivery with exact details (time, location, etc.), we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
  • If the carrier cannot verify delivery, let us know immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • If the package was sent to an incorrect address due to an input mistake by the buyer, we are unable to take responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you in receiving a replacement at a discounted price, subject to our support team's discretion.

Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you realize an error, contact us ASAP to correct it before your order is processed.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly process your refund and notify you via email.

All refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout. The funds will generally appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees, as they are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of the original shipping may also be deducted from the total amount.

If your purchase was made during a free shipping promotion, return shipping costs will still apply.
