Shipping Policy
After you place your order, it will be promptly forwarded to our shipping team for processing. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We use a range of reliable shipping providers, including USPS, DHL, FedEx, and local couriers in your area.
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days.
For standard shipping, the delivery times are as follows:
- USA: 3-7 days
- Canada & Mexico:Â 6-12Â days
- Europe & UK: 5-10 days
- Australia: 3-7 days
- New Zealand: 5-10 days
- Singapore: 5-8 days
- Other countries: 5-15 days
We ship from warehouses located in the US, UK, and Hong Kong. Please note that some items may be out of stock in the US or UK warehouse, in which case we will ship your item from the Hong Kong warehouse. Please allow an extra 2-4 business days for your order to arrive in this case.
How do IÂ track my order?
To track your order, simply wait for an email notification from us after your order has been shipped. It will contain a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
